Persyaratan Mutu Ekspor Produk Peralatan Listrik & Elektronik ke Iran

1. Kode HS. Kode HS untuk peralatan listrik dan elektronik termasuk pada Bab 85 Electrical machinery and equipment and parts thereof; sound recorders and reproducers, television image and sound recorders and reproducers, and parts and accessories of such articles . Kode HS ini berlaku untuk seluruh anggota World Customs Organization atau referensi yang dipergunakan pada perdagangan internasional. 2. Undang-Undang. Undang-undang Peraturan Ekspor-Impor (Export-Import Regulations Act ). Undang-undang mengenai ekspor dan impor barang termasuk jasa pengiriman terkait eksportir dan importir. Barang yang dapat diekspor dan diimpor diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori berikut: Barang yang diizinkan: dengan memperhatikan kriteria yang relevan, ekspor atau impor barang tersebut tidak memerlukan lisensi. Barang bersyarat: ekspor atau impor barang-barang ini dimungkinkan dengan memperoleh lisensi Barang-barang terlarang: ekspor atau impor barang-barang ini (pembelian, penjualan atau konsumsi) dilarang di bawah syariat Islam dan atau oleh hukum. Undang-undang ini antara lain mengatur: Importir, baik pemerintah maupun bukan, harus merujuk secara eksklusif ke Kementerian Perdagangan, untuk mendapat izin (lisensi) impor dan pendaftaran impor (pesanan). Semua produk impor tunduk pada pendaftaran pesanan dan perizinan impor dari Kementerian Perdagangan, dengan memperhatikan ketentuan lain yang relevan. Izin impor juga berlaku sebagai clearence dan tidak dipersyaratkan perizinan lainnya. Dalam kasus di mana standar produk wajib telah ditetapkan untuk impor dan diumumkan melalui Kementerian Perdagangan, serta dalam kasus standar lainnya, importir harus diminta untuk menegaskannya dalam kontrak pembelian dan kertas pendaftaran impor, dan untuk menginstruksikan pemasok untuk memastikan bahwa barang yang dikirim sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan.   Informasi selengkapnya dapat dilihat disini . 3. Persyaratan dan Regulasi Berdasarkan “ Rules and Regulations of Imported and Exported Goods Subject to Technical Regulation ” berikut catatan terkait dengan produk listrik dan elektronik: Menteri Perekonomian dan Keuangan, Perindustrian, Pertambangan dan Perdagangan serta Kementerian Energi melarang impor peralatan dan perangkat Listrik dengan tingkat konsumsi listrik kurang dari grade A dan B. Selain itu, barang impor harus memenuhi standar dan kriteria termasuk barang impor yang memerlukan “pencantuman label energi” yang harus menempelkan label energi pada produknya. 'Label energi' dianggap sebagai bagian dari pelabelan/penandaan produk dan harus dibubuhkan sebagaimana mestinya (label energi harus didasarkan pada persyaratan standar nasional yang relevan dan tanpa logo terukir INSO). Memperhatikan konsumsi air dan memasang label konsumsi air untuk mesin cuci rumah listrik impor wajib berdasarkan standar nasional no. 18614. “Label konsumsi air” dianggap sebagai persyaratan penandaan dan harus ditandai pada barang yang dikenakan (label konsumsi air harus berdasarkan standar nasional terkait tanpa mengukir logo Organisasi Standar Nasional Iran). Peralatan listrik rumah tangga dan peralatan listrik manual harus diuji “keamanan daya”. Impor soket dan colokan untuk keperluan rumah tangga dan sejenisnya hanya diperbolehkan jika memenuhi standar nasional Iran no 635-1. Penilaian kesesuaian tidak dilakukan dalam hal mengimpor 'peralatan rumah' yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi jaringan listrik di Iran (220v – 50Hz). Penilaian kesesuaian tidak dilakukan dalam hal mengimpor 'bola lampu pijar lebih dari 40 watt'   Daftar produk dan spesifikasi teknis yang harus dipenuhi dapat dilihat pada bagian lampiran disini atau disini . 4.
